Wilshire Hill Sales Center

Why 2 stars? Because this model at Wilshire Hill is really a 2300sf house with a finish basement. they are over charging you for a house that has half of its total Square footage in the basement yet they are selling model house for 600k+. Now if you do the research you would find similar houses in Pittsford with same square footage of 3300 the difference is the square footage is in first and second floor and not to mentioned an unfinished basement for you to finish later. And all for 400k - 500k. I am taking in to consideration of the custom finished work and appliances but still that does not make up for not having a second floor. In fact this model house should be a few hundred thousand cheaper. This is so over priced. For this model price you could buy new house on the lake Ontario.

The homes are beatiful!
