Willows Apartments

These are the worst apartments. There are cockroaches, and the maintenance service is terrible. You call them, but they don't come for a month or two. The maintenance service and their treatment of tenants are awful, and they don't return the security deposit. I do not recommend living there..

I lived here for a few years from 2020-2022. The location and price are nice for the area. The apartments are good sizes and Bri in the office is amazing. They were quick to address things when something was wrong. Some negatives include 1) there are a lot of smokers and, while you can’t smoke in your apartment, they do it outside and then it gets blown into your apartment 2) there is a main road next to some of the buildings that is very loud 3) the floors are very thin so you can hear people walk above you 4) the windows have condensation on them all winter because of the temp differences (they aren’t the best quality windows) 5) the fan above my shower would drip water all the time & grow mold so I would have to clean that often because they couldn’t fix it.

I lived here for a couple of years about 4 years ago and I had no problems, other than parking under the Willow trees would result in leaves and small twigs falling on your car. I lived in the studio apt on the bottom floor, next to the laundry room and had very little issues with noise as the walls were very thick. Management was very nice and I only needed maintenance to fix a garbage disposal once and it happened within about 24 hrs. And when I did leave I got my full security deposit back. Overall, very satisfied, and would recommend.

I have lived here for a year now and Bre and Sara in the office are so sweet and helpful! They make sure everything gets done and have been very understanding with covid. I love my apartment. My only complaint is the snow removal company is the rudest guy i have ever met ! He cursed out my 65 years old dad and tried to fight the pizza guy ! I could hear him screaming from inside ! Other than that I love everything about this place.
