Over the course of the last 2 years I have been working with Pat Haggerty at Century 21 on and off trying to find the perfect home for me. I can safely say that working with Pat taught me a lot about homes in general. He is a wealth of knowledge that you can only obtain through walking through hundreds of homes and seeing their varying conditions. He is also very prompt and understanding if you just so happen to have a change of circumstances. Through many crumbling basements and mossy roofs, I feel like he helped me find one hell of a deal on a forever home. Thanks Pat. I'm sure I'll see you around.

This is so very long overdue, but it has continued to bug me that I haven't sat down to write this well-deserved review yet.
