Willowood Apartments

I’ve lived here almost a year.This evening my heat went out right as a major winter storm is moving in. I called emergency maintenance and within 10 minutes Jimmy was here. He had my heat fixed about 15 minutes after arriving. I truly love living here, and any time I’ve had an issue, it’s been handled quickly and professionally. I’m so grateful they got to me right away, especially with the weather we’re about to have. I Highly appreciate the team we have here, and our office manager La'Naya is awesome as well!

The apartment is fantastic! I received a noise complaint and I do apologize I had a bunch of 14 year olds helping and they were loud…I’m sure much louder than ever. So sorry! Things will calm down now. I do need assistance with a few things..other than that everything has been great. I’m happy to join the family. And a shout out to La’Naya! She rocks that office! Very professional and kind.

Living here at Willowood Apartments has been a very pleasant stay. It’s very clean, quiet, and the landscaping is always immaculate. Well, as our Property Manager ( La’Naya) and our Maintenance ( Jimmy) are awesome!! 😊

I’ve lived here for 2 years now and I love it. It is quiet and peaceful. The staff LaNya and Jimmy are amazing. I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t addressed quickly.

I was a person that moved around a lot until I started living here. I lived at Willowood the past 6 years. This is a very comfortable, safe and quiet complex. I have NEVER had any issues, if things do come up, they are resolved quickly, and maintenance comes right away to do things if needed which is a bonus. The Property Manager is also great in all areas, she is very involved with doing things for the residents and making us feel appreciated. She also keeps us updated with memos on what is happening with the property which is new because we didn't have that before. This is what keeps me renewing my lease and don't mind paying the money because the management is great.
