Maple Eastlake Apartments

Maple Park is a nice place to live. The property manager Connie is very friendly and maintenance wastes no time getting things fixed. I just wish there was assigned parking, but other than that nice place to live.

Our hallway door was in need of replacement and Dwight came out to remove it and install a new one, new door looks great and Dwight was awesome. Thanks again.

I moved in this summer and it has been a wonderful experience! Miss Connie is amazing and goes above and beyond, and so does Mr. Dwight! When I first moved in I kept getting my packages sent to the wrong building and they would personally track them down for me and put them at my door! The apartments are cozy and the complex is quiet. Everyone is super friendly. I truly love it here!

Dwight, the maintenance man, always gets the Job done. It doesn't take him long at all, I've been living in Spring Crest their other apartments for 2 years now & he never gave me an issue. Always Mutual respect!

I lived here for 4 years. Connie is absolutely wonderful. She helps me any time I needed her & really cares about me (& my cat). The maintenance guys are so friendly & great at taking care of the property. The heat went out one night & they came by with space heaters for everyone & it was fixed by the next day. If I didn't dream of living in my own house in the country, I would stay here for many many years. Most of the neighbors are quiet & everyone is respectful of noise between 10pm - 7am. The only consistent neighborhood noise is fireworks during football season, usually around 10pm on Friday nights. The lot is closed off at the back so there really isn't any traffic driving thru (besides neighbors & the occasional lost delivery driver). It's close to Walmart for shopping & lots of ot
