Willowick Towers

At the end of October 2020 I was looking at a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Willowick Towers. While in the apartment I was informed the rent was $790. I later found out upon signing my lease that rent was $890. The apartment manager refused to honor the quoted price. December 2020 I had Christmas packages stolen. March 2021, I had a door alarm on my door that had been removed from the doorway prompting the alarm to go off and thrown across the room at 4 am. Authorities arrived, who informed me that they are at Willowick Towers regularly. Also in November 2021 someone made an attempt to steal my catalytic converter from my car resulting in damage. December 2021 I had every single package stolen which resulted in me redirecting my packages to a sage location. In 2022 I spoke to the Owner of

(Delanda Thornton). Willowick Towers is a phenomenal place to live. I have been here for, four years and I love it. It's quiet, clean, and affordable. Management is awesome? My neighbors are the best! This is home, and I plan on staying for years to come.🥰

Been to the complex several times and was impressed every time by the ease of access and egress from the parking area. Great location as it is near freeway access, grocery stores, and shopping plazas. Tenants were friendly and welcoming and the building always seemed well kept. I never made it down to the pool area but i know its a favorite among the tenants and im sure it would make for a perfect relaxation area. The apartment i visited had a balcony with a great view which was great for my morning coffee. All of the appliances worked well as did the doors and light switches. Lastly, i was impressed to find that there are storage units available, ON SITE, for any excess belongings.

Thank you for the comment. I am not an elderly person and I don't want to encounter the issues that you had to endure. I work late and come home very late. I would literally have to go against all my morals and my home-training if I am constantly confronted with the attitudes from others and we all pay rent. I thank you so much.

Great place to live! I've been here almost 3 years now. The staff is very nice & I love my neighbors!
