Vine East Apartments

I have lived here 5 years and it has just continuously gone down hill. There used to be management onsite 5 days a week when it was under different ownership the first 2 years or so I lived here. Then, a larger property management company took over and things are very poorly taken care of now. The entry ways and laundry room are always filthy- someone rarely comes out to even sweep or vacuum them which causes a foul odor most of the time when you just walk into the building. Maintence band aids jobs rather than getting to the root source. My bathroom ceiling was leaking for over a year and they kept telling me they couldn’t find the leak… I have had my kitchen sinks backing up for also over a year including sewage back up twice. I had to throw away so many of our items because of the sewag

I just moved out, not a great place to live, it once was beautiful years ago. I've been there for 5 years and the place is going down very fast, I have been through 7 property managers in 5 years and 3 this year (2024) along. They don't know who is who, They charge for gas and there's no gas, just steam heaters. No one is ever in the office or doesn't answer the phone. The hallways smell the washers and dryers are almost $3.00 per load the pictures online only show the updated apartments from 5 years ago. Over all don't waste your money. Poor practices.

I moved here in the beginning of 2018. I can say whole heartedly I love this property and if I wasn't relocating I would stay. They are well priced, friendly and respond promptly. I have had to call maintenance ONCE for something entirely out of their control, an outside contractor needed to be involved, and in less than 24 hours the problem was corrected. It is a quiet area near shopping centers and freeways. Their current Property Manager (Kerry I believe) is fantastic and they have always worked with me. If you're looking for a cozy apartment, Vine East is it. I would recommend anyone looking to contact them.

If you don’t trust no reviews, trust this lol…or deal with whatever happens if you don’t - moved in April 2024 moved out December 2024 - fridge handles broken (never fixed even though they lied about it being on back order) - apartment not cleaned upon moving in - VERY BAD roach infestation in building b (never resolved, ended up having to spend my own money to try to fix it in my apt but it was so bad I had to leave cause I will never live with roaches due to hazards) - laundry expensive and barely works - people leaving trash in front of building doors - noisy hallways with lots of cigarette smells (asthma inducer) - management changes leaving it hard to reach - NO ACTIVE EMERGENCY NUMBER DURING LOCK OUTS (very dangerous) - maintenance will assist but stop servicing if they feel you’re r

Carrie is a WONDERFUL landlord who makes sure everyone is happy with their home☺️ This apartment complex is quiet and peaceful always. Maintenance is fast with responding to issues. Carrie is very compassionate, and actually cares about this complex and her residents that live here. It’s hard to find an apartment complex like this. A perfect home for first time apartment owners and families. LOVE LOVE 10/10
