Willowbrook Apartments

My husband and I recently found a townhome in Willowbrook and put a deposit down, our experience has been more than pleasant. Kylee in the office is friendly, responsive, and very prompt as well as efficient, she worked around my husband I’s schedule as we needed separate times to see the home, she even offered to come after her regular work schedule to give me a separate tour. As soon as I walked into the office and met her for the first time I felt very comfortable and at home. Sue in the office is very knowledgeable about the area, answered my questions about bussing for my kids and was also very friendly and inviting. The maintenance staff is efficient and did everything they can to make sure our home is perfect and move in ready asap , which is a huge plus us as we are expecting a

It took my girlfriend and I months to find a place to live. The process quite literally was finding a needle in a haystack. Then I found willowbrook. I reached out and talked to Kylee who gave me any information I could possibly need to make the decision. We ended up, in my opinion, getting a better deal and a better experience in the property she showed us (Stratford apartments) when the other became unavailable. We’re next to the pool, their response time to maintenance is great, dog and cat friendly. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and despite schools being on either side the traffic in and out isn’t terrible. I would highly recommend staying here. And I would highly recommend working with Kylee. She made the process quick and easy.

Literally the worst place I have lived, would only recommend if your only other option is homelessness and then I would seriously consider homelessness. Had multiple issues with the apartment, couldn't get maintenance to ever come out and fix anything and I lived there for over 2 years. Watch out if you're in building D, there are bats that live in the patio ceiling that management aka the trash owners refuse to do anything about. Couldn't use my patio the entire time I lived there because of the toxic bat poop that was all over my patio and I tried over and over again to get something done about it to no avail. The women that run the office are nice but don't expect any help from them, I had a horrible neighbor below me that screamed and shouted all the time and had sketchy people over an

Just wanted to let everyone know about the Willowbrook Apartments (She 'Lyuba Mancini' also manages Stratford Square Apartments). We moved in the beginning of October. Upon moving in, (it's a non smoking & no pets building) we had issues with our upstairs neighbor dumping her cat litter over her balcony onto ours. We'd have to clean up cat turds and litter every few days. I complained about it because it's supposed to be a no pet building, and I'm not paying $1100 a month to clean up someone else's cat turds. The other upstairs neighbors party constantly, blasting music non stop, fighting and screaming out in the hallway. This is a daily event, all hours of the day. I have numerous videos that I sent over to management & asked if they'd take care of it. We were told that management doesn't

We have been here since beginning of October, the management team has been great to talk to about any concerns and resolving issues. They have outstanding communication and we have had little to no issues since our move. Maintenance was requested once and they were so efficient with the time and process everything got resolved within 2 days of the request! Very happy to be here ❤️
