Garrison edge allows 6'2 200 lb tenants to harass and assault other single female tenants. If you are a single woman DO NOT LIVE HERE. I don't care if the studios are affordable, you will spend more money in self defense, lawyers, process servers etc. It is not worth the daily fear to live here. Stay safe and far away from Garrison edge.

This is a amazing place to live! I can't express how understanding and caring management is here. They take so much pride in keeping these apartments well kept inside and out. Maggie the manager was more of family to us then a landlord and took a lot of pride in making sure everyone was happy and content . Maintenance all I have is wonderful things to say about them there amazing. To getting work orders done as well as keeping the out side beautiful. Tim the property leader is a amazing man to rent from as well it's always a open door policy with any issues you may have or if you just want to say hi very friendly/family environment. Alyssa is also the office manger she seems very nice and ready to listen. Thank you so much willowBrooke team for giving me and my 3 children a beautiful place

Lived at this property for a year. The property manager is amazing -- always in the office during posted times, polite, professional, responds promptly, can't say enough good things about her. The apartments themselves are a little bit dated, but that's also why they're affordable. If you're moving to Colorado Springs and trying to get your feet on the ground, would recommend this place. BYO air conditioner.

This is an older apartment building so natually it comes with its quirks, they are affordable for a reason. BUT the property management company more than makes up for it. Maggie will NEVER make you feel like a number and she is ALWAYS in the office during the posted times. This place is amazing because of the managers here. If you have worked with any of the major management companies here (acute is a great example) you know how frustrating they can be to deal with, move in here and you will never deal with that frustration again....

I will start by saying the front office staff and maintenance crew are great. Those are the only positives here. I had cockroaches the entire time I lived here and had a bed bug infestation four months into my lease. I threw away most of my furniture and the treatments they scheduled didn't get rid of them.
