Willowbrook Apartments

I want to express my deepest appreciation for Emma, who truly went above and beyond for me and my family. From the very beginning, she was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. Emma took the time to explain every step of the process in a way that made us feel comfortable and supported, no matter how many questions we had. Her professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. She was always available, always reassuring, and consistently willing to help in any way she could. It’s rare to find someone who combines expertise with such compassion, but Emma does exactly that.

Unfortunately I am taking the time to write a complaint about this complex. We live in building O and have not had the best experience. But I do not like to complain, since there's more pressing issues in the world. For 1. we get notices about "cleaning after pets" "Marijuana smoking" LOL HOW about we start listening to complaints about DOGS BARKING ALL THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT! Feel like this place only wants to amend issues when it fits the narrative of the week. PUUUUUHHHHHLEAAAASSSEEEEE

Apartment complex: The apartments are spacious. It's a quiet, nice, clean place located near pharmacies, supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and churches.

I like living here my neighbors are great no drama. If I ever need maintenance they are there right on time. I’ve been here three years and have not had any issues with anyone or anything. The pool is amazing the kids love it.

Thourghly Enjoy living here, Quiet & Cozy. We recently transitioned from a one bedroom to a two bedroom & I have to say Jill & the office made it a smooth transition. Maintenance has Improved significantly over the past year anything that gets called in has less than a 24 hr turn around time for it to be fixed. Can't wait for the summertime and pool days coming soon.!
