Rolling Glen Apartments and Townhomes

The staff was absolutely wonderful. We needed to move immediately. Never dreamed the staff would move heaven and earth to make it happen within a 48 hour turn around. I'm forever grateful to have met such a great team. Our apartment is beautiful and a nice location.

If I could give a zero star, I would. This is the worst place ( Rolling Glen) I have ever lived in. People keep stealing and uprooting my tomatoes and other vegetables in my outdoor garden. My bike cover got stolen, there are no cameras anywhere in this complex. Now things keep disappearing from my apartment. I have lost hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of things from my apartment, including a brand new bag worth over $140. My apartment was not broken into, someone with keys came in and stole those things. Whoever they are have been stealing from me gradually for a long time, they start with the things they know you will not notice, they have also stolen clothes from my closet, things from my kitchen, bathroom, living room. To anyone thinking of moving to Rolling Glen Apartments in Chichester PA, don't. The amount of ill mannered and irresponsible children here that are left free to roam without parental supervision is frankly abhorent. They scream at all hours of the day into the night, violate lease aggreements among which are the supposed quiet hours to yet be observed, they destroy trees and other foliage in the common area which carries a hefty fine or increase in rent for tenants, they harass other tenants and their peace, and even sift through and in the complex's communal dumpsters at times (I have seen it myself all through the Summer). I can't imagine what irresponsible and honestly negligent parents make them think it is ok to raise absolute chaos here for others while they themselves are either aw

At the recommendation of our daughter who has lived here for a number of years, our first year here has been everything we could have ever wished for. Office staff are very friendly and helpful! Shenell was amazing in getting us through all of our paperwork and in helping us acquire the perfect home! Landscaping is immaculate, and well kept. Wonderful neighbors and our surroundings are scenic and tranquil. Maintenance requests are handled in a very timely manner. Earl in maintenance goes above and beyond to address any issues.
