Willow Tree Place Apartments

Haven’t even lived here a year and already annoyed by this place. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND!!! I’m stating the facts and truth because all these other positive reviews are lies! Walls are PAPER thin. People don’t pick up after their dogs AT ALL! Big group of kids run rampant outside unsupervised with their damn ball until 11pm and I often have to worry if one of them is gonna hit my car of not. Other residents have no common courtesy, and at least for my building my neighbors stomp and run like it’s a damn zoo until 2am! No guest parking available whatsoever! Half the cars here don’t know how to park within their lines and often park almost on the line. Half the cars here are beat up/damaged(probably because they don’t know how to drive), Iv had my cars door hit by another cars door already

Willowtree Place management is completely disorganized and unprofessional. They reassigned my lease-designated parking spot without proper notice, claiming it was a ‘reasonable accommodation’ after years of me having it, with a timeline and explanation that made no sense. Internal lists are a mess, and they blame previous staff for their own mistakes. Rules are enforced inconsistently. Some residents were instructed to remove their Ring cameras, while others were permitted to keep them. Guest parking is almost always full in the evenings. There were times when I would get home around 5:15 pm and find that not a single guest spot was open. Meanwhile, new tenants are offered lower rent than I paid two years ago. We lived here for just a year, moved because we bought a house. The management was always responsive & helpful with any issues we had. I love that it’s a pet friendly apartment complex, there are residents that refuse to pick up after their dogs. The parking is another issue that we always had, just not enough parking spaces & people will park in your assigned spot. I witnessed two grown men having a fist fight over their kids fighting so that was entertaining especially when the cops showed up. We lived on the third floor, our apartment was clean & nice. We enjoyed our time living here & I would recommend this place if you’re looking.

This place is fine. The neighborhood is mostly safe, close to schools and close to markets. People don't pick up after their dogs and problems with homeless people and trash scattered around the apartments. Sketchy people are sometimes in the area. It's nice seeing kids outside with adult supervision though, not a lot of kids stay inside all day.

I have lived at Willow tree for going on five years. I been very pleased with the staffing Dylan Katie and Toni. The three of them have been so kind and helpful. Anytime I ask for help I get it immediately. I love living at Willow Tree Place. I recommend others to do the same
