Matti was great to work with. My realtor Wade is actually her husband as well as her coworker, and they worked together seamlessly to help me purchase my first ever home. Im an out of town buyer so she helped me get a mobile notary and handle everything electronically so that I didn’t have to drive five hours to the office. That was a big help, plus she worked out a deal for me to pay less earnest money up front and was very transparent about all the fees and costs. I definitely recommend working with Landmark and Matti.
