Willow Townhomes

It's a really nice property that has a couple amazing courtyards. Gas and water are included in rent so that is nice. These are located right off Providence south of campus so it's location is great. The bus stop is right there and there are grocery, shops, and all that you need in walking distance in that area. They have nice backyards and balconies. They also allow pets which is nice. These are townhomes so nobody is above or below you and very soundproof walls so you get your privacy. Overall, these are somewhat of a hidden gem. It's not a major complex so there's limited availability and can have a wait list, but it's good to get on it as early as you can.

Willow Townhomes is a great place to rent. I enjoyed when I lived there how it feels like it’s your own place. The landlord is great to work with also! I’d recommend this place if you’re looking in the Southwest Columbia area.

These are pretty good sized townhomes. Better than an apartment set up with people on all sides of you. Cool stucco look with nice courtyards.

Solid property. Would recommend it to friends. Really nice sized units with an open feel.
