Willow Springs Apartments

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have lived here for 5 years, prior to the management switch I did not have a problem with this place. I loved the previous manager Angela because she actually did her job and cared for the tenants. The past couple of months since Lazarus took over have been complete hell. He does not do his job, lacks respect and productivity and is very condescending. Refuses to speak to tenants during business hours and is extremely rude and will either argue or laugh in your face if you ask questions. I have not had a working shower for 14 days (repairs were made yesterday but the wall has been torn apart therefore shower is still unusable). Maintenance is prompt at responding. Management is helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I've been fortunate that they sent a plumber to fix issues with the kitchen sink. Willow Springs is a wonderful place to call home! Mr. Jim is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and courteous. I'm grateful for him as well as Mr. Lazuras and all the wonderful staff!

I've lived here for five years and loved the previous manager. We recently got new management and I was a little bit worried as to what the new management would be like. Needless to say, after speaking with him, he's very personable and charismatic. Not at all what I was expecting. He was willing to assist with any issues I had and address them promptly.

Wish I could put 0 stars. These apartments are old so plumbing is shoty. Have lived here ~5 years and have had winter floodling problems consistently. New management sucks, they are unprofessional and uninformed on the type of community they are managing. While past management wasn't perfect, at least they were community based and communication forward. No onsite maintenance for such an old and crappy kept together building is plain stupid. The system for reporting issues is unresponsive and unreliable. And did I mention that during the summer, with no in unit air conditioning, they did not open the pool at all? The past management did everything they could to keep it at least open because of how hot it gets. These new people just let it brake.

UPDATE 9/6: ZERO STARS the work order I had previously mention has still not been completed. It was assigned to a technician 8/14/2025, I requested a status update on 9/01/2025. At this very minute I still have no working light in the kitchen. I went into the office last week on 9/02/2025 at 2:50 (almost a full hour AFTER the lunch time has ended) and instead of being welcomed with an open door into the managers office, like it was when Angela was the manager, the blinds were closed and door locked. There was a piece of paper that said please only knock for emergency or something?? Otherwise call or email and schedule an appointment ??! Really?! So I knocked, no answer. I call the number, I HEAR IT RING from inside the office and the line goes to voicemail. I leave one, still never got a
