Willow Ridge Village Apartments

I lived here for about 3.5 years, and while there were a few positives, my overall experience declined significantly over time. The biggest benefits of this property are the location, the friendly maintenance staff, and the great neighbors we had while living here. Unfortunately, those positives were outweighed by several ongoing issues. Communication from property management was often inconsistent and at times unprofessional. Getting clear answers or timely updates about building matters could be frustrating. The units themselves also seem to struggle with long-term durability. Our washer, dryer, and dishwasher each required replacement during our time here. The bathrooms have no windows and limited ventilation, which makes moisture difficult to manage. The carpeting is extremely thin

Everyone during the application process was Great to work with. The entire leasing office and sales specialist, Connor and Sarah the application specialist- everyone was patient with my questions and it felt very welcoming! I am looking forward to this move and appreciate all of their help thus far!

Great apartments and a friendly, helpful staff. Mary and Jillian do an amazing job. Modern, spacious apartments with 2nd floor skylights in a park like setting. Also very affordable.... you get BIG BANG for the buck.

I have lived at Willow Ridge Apartments for almost 4 years. A friend highly recommended them and that recommendation has proven 100% correct. The office staff is wonderful and responsive. The Maintenance crew is immediately at my apartment to fix anything that I request the grounds are kept beautifully. The neighbors are friendly. I am very happy that I chose Willow Ridge.

I've been living at Willow Ridge apartments for 8 years and have had a very enjoyable experience. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful.
