I actually didn't come here prior to working with Ethan, I blindly accepted the recommendation from a realtor. Ethan was so thorough and organized that he made me skeptical! His communication and follow-ups were so timely, that I wrongly presumed his quick replies meant "problems or disappointment". Ethan has shattered the mortgage broker experience. Thank God for Ethan! Ethan’s availability on nights and weekends was a crucial part of our recent home purchase. Being able to reach him during off-hours made all the difference in a multiple-bid situation. He was constantly running the numbers for us, which definitely helped us come out on top. STOP YOUR SEARCH AND LOOK NO FURTHER! My wife and I had the incredible pleasure of working with Ethan on the purchase of our forever home. He guided us across the finish line with precision, and we couldn't have done it without him.
