Willow Pond Apartments

Willow Pond is truly a beautiful place to live. It is quiet, full of nature and the people are so nice. The maintenance staff is great, they are quick to get the job done and efficient. The office staff is just wonderful to work with and always make you feel at home.

The office processed my work order request promptly and the work was done right away. The crew that work maintenance at Willow Pond is superb. They are knowledgeable, capable and do it right the first time. Though I've needed them only a few times, their good work is consistent. I very much appreciate it.

I called the apartment office and put in a request for repair order for a plumbing issue at 9:00am. Lindsey showed up before noon to repair the problem. Quick response, pleasant, competent maintenance crew and office responds to repair request promptly. Great place to live!

It was a pleasant experience. Everything was covered in detail. All questions answered. It was like a discussion with a friend. There was no rush or hard sell. It couldn't have been any friendlier or professional.

I live over on lakebridge drive. I have had the terrible misfortune of living next to property and amenities managed by Willow pond. Firstly and foremost I have not gotten one night's sleep as I usually work until 11:00 and while I do try to go to bed on time I go to bed between 12:00 and 2:00 a.m. . @230am they run the lake pump where it appears they're using reclaimed water to run the sprinkler system. The noise that this creates is something like a semi idling next to my window, a mowing lawn mower running, and earaching tone that persist until exactly 5:01 a.m. which is now when I must go to sleep. Every other week I'm supposed to be at work between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. buy I've had to change that until 10:00 a.m. For over 3 months they did l nothing to prevent trespassers from enterin
