There were several moving parts during underwriting, insurance updates, inspections, title questions, and final approval conditions, and Kristin stayed on top of everything. She followed up proactively, clarified requirements, and kept the process moving toward closing. Her communication was timely and direct, and she made sure I always knew what was needed next. When buying a condo here in Daytona Beach Shores, you have to have Mortgage person who knows how to get it across the finish line, especially with the new regulations around condominiums.
