Willow Park Apartments

Horrible! Nothing gets fixed. Office has hours but they close when they feel like it. Change management every 3 months. Call the emergency line and they don’t answer. I won’t even talk about the trash pile that’s left outside stacked higher than the apartments.

This is the 4th time I have lived in willow Park 1. The first time was in 2002 when Andrew was mgr. This place was immaculate, gate worked, pool was open for the residents to use, even the pool room could be rented out for parties,etc.trash was never an issue, there was a play ground for the kids to play. After I moved out, I would visit friends here and it seems like every time I would come back, the quality of this place kept going downhill. I moved back here and at the time Dana was in charge. Everything was good at first, then it started going downhill again...well here we are again, I moved here only because 1. They were remodeled, there was new mgmt and I had to leave my previous residence right away(long story) when I came here,Laura and another lady was in charge and it seemed good

I love Willow Park. I was living there 3 years ago but had to move away because of unfortunate circumstances. I absolutely loved the remodeling that was done as well. But during my time there, Dana was great!!!! She ALWAYS made time for me when I needed someone to talk to and I never had any problems with getting things repaired. My move in process was a little stressful, but she made sure everything went smoothly. I absolutely love the new upgrades with the floors, countertops and my favorite color appliances. Willow Park is a great, quiet and clean apartment community. Close to stores and shopping. ❤ # DANAISAWESOME❤# WILLOW PARK❤❤❤

I live in Willow park right now. Can never get in touch with the office, cause they never answer. I been using a lamp in my bathroom for almost a year and have told them constantly, my ac is always breaking, I have roaches which I been spending tons of money to get rid of them, they told me someone was going to come spray and never did. The tubs don’t drain well. But can never talk to anybody cause nobody ever answers in the office.

Beautiful property and has great potential but maintenance for whatever reason has always been an issue. Our issues with maintence started when it was decided that my son couldn't have his basketball goal. So they brought it in front of the office and were with my permission going to give it to a church. So time passed and I went to the office and one of the maintence workers was playing basketball with the basketball goal that supposedly was not allowed at Willow Park. The dumpster was always an issue. Why? Because compacting it more than once was too much of an issue. Once they even sent a letter saying that if the dumpster was full you were expected to bring your trash back home. This was years ago. More recent issues with the dumpster included them expecting you to walk through a path
