DON’T EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK. We rented an apartment here from May 21 to Apr 22. I should admit that we really loved the place at the first sight. It has beautiful scenic view, it’s quite and peaceful place, that’s why 1 star. Now why we wouldn’t recommend or a word of caution. We lost 3 packages in one week. When we complained to the leasing office they said they are not responsible for any loss of packages. When we asked if we could check CCTV recordings, they said it doesn’t cover all areas. So basically nothing here is safe. Coming to the main reason. We left the apartment cleaner than how we received. But the leasing office held our security deposit claiming we damaged the kitchen counter. A word of caution to all, make sure you take pictures & videos when you move in and w

They don’t accept commission based applicants, even if you make more than enough for the cheapest apartment, and won’t tell you this unless you pay their background fee and “wait” for your background to clear. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU MAKE COMMISSION UNLESS YOUR SALARY ALONE IS OVER 36x INCOME. They also do a HARD inquiry on your credit pull, and tell you it’s a soft one to get you to apply. Even if you make way more than that on commission, and can prove you made that amount the years prior AND that amount in the bank, you will be denied. I was told by a realtor that consistently worked for them that they definitely accept commission, that my bank assets were more than enough, and that I was qualified thanks to my credit, rental history, and no history on my background, and the realtor didn’t

I have lived at Willow lakes since I was in the first grade and now I am graduated from high school and continue living there. We have mold in both of our bathrooms and all they keep doing is painting over it. My floor is wood, by the air condition the tiles are coming up from water damage. It was been like this from over 2 months now! We are ready to move out after 10 years of living in a place that never gets the job done.

DON’T Expect to get your security when you move out and the walls are paper thin they don’t take care of the place The way they use to! So overpriced and there’s nobody working in the office so if you have a problem there’s no one there to help you it used to be really really nice back in the day but they let it go ........move along......... to a better place
