I bought my first home with the help of the Lenard team 8+ years ago. I had a seamless experience during that time, and reached out when I was ready to sell. Unfortunately, my selling experience did not reach those same standards. I was looking forward to the video walk through, that was unique to listing with the agency, but that did not get posted with my listing as promised. There were many details that were left out of my listing description and photos, and it was brought to their attention twice in writing. In addition, I noticed extreme levels of photoshopping in the pictures, which hid the defects on the bathroom wall. While photoshopping can be helpful in the right hands, I so not feel it is appropriate to airbrush defects off the wall, as this can be deceiving to potential buyer
