I’ve been working with them to get my mortgage for my past 3 homes. I was able to get a good mortgage rate but it was a headache in the past two homes. I was assigned Carmen to be the mortgage originator but noticed they lack communication between their own team. I had to go back and forth between her and her assistant to confirm everything was right. In the past two homes they disregarded the closing date and put my initial deposit at risk. Me and my realtor had to insist on getting updates and had to prolong the closing date. If I were to work with them again I will rather not work with Carmen as my mortgage originator.
