Willow

I moved into this attractive building when it opened just over a year ago and I enjoy living here. In addition to doing a fine job of running the building, Windy and Ely provide social activities for us every month, and this is a great way to meet our neighbors. I also want to give a shout-out to Maurice, who is in charge of maintenance. He is prompt, courteous and friendly, and he knows his stuff!

I’ve been here about a week, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it. Ely made the move in / application process simple and she’s great about responding to phone calls and emails. There’s a camaraderie between the residents here that I haven’t seen in other communities, and I’m eager for my kiddo and I to experience that.

This is an example of best in class customer experience and care. After a long search I came across this property. Generally all apartments feel the same. What makes the difference is location, amenities, proximity to retail etc. but most importantly how you are welcomed and treated. Ely at Willow who I know from my long search is a star performer. Supported by Windy they are probably the best team right now. Exceptionally human, deeply courteous, prompt and they both will go an extra mile to help you. It is because of them, I am at Willow. Thank you Ely for making this such a great experience and thank you Windy for building a great team. Highly recommended to anyone and everyone!

I feel so thankful, happy i moved into Willow. Lake Oswego. property is beautiful, nature, nice rooms for amazing ammenities. Manager is fabulous, nice. Her name is Wendy. She assisted me for apt repairs with nice Maurice; maintenance. My floors were fixed right, look nice. Wendy scheduled for me since i work long hours. Feel grateful she leads a wonderful team. Ely is great also. She toured me without rushing answers ?s very kindly. And i wanted a 2nd look as i was uncertain which floor. Both Wendy, Ely never mind showing another unit. Really nice for learning which model suits you for your new home. Truly Willow is fantastic. Maurice is aware of how to fix anything. He's nice. Living where staff is caring, sends us invites is a top reason residents love their home. All staff smile,

Maurice did an awesome job and provided excellent and helpful information regarding the questions we had. He arrived on time and was very friendly.
