If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would!! Working with Kevin & Chris at Lions Capital Mortgage has been the best loan experience we have ever had. They are extremely knowledgeable, hard working, fast and reliable which says a lot these days!! We have had to write offers on several houses during this strange market and these guys have been so patient with us and have been there for us the entire way finding creative solutions along the way. They are so much easier and more fun to work with than a regular bank and can offer their clients more options. They were also able to help my mom refinance her rural property after my dad's passing which was incredibly helpful to her at that time. I can't recommend these guys enough, they are the very best!!!
