Willow Lake Apartments

LOVED living here! We moved here from out of state with out seeing the apartment first so we were nervous about the apartment unit, building, property, area, etc., but once we got there and saw everything we couldn’t have been more relieved! Penny is the most amazing property manager you’ll ever find. She was so helpful, even before we moved, and once we got there she instantly made us feel at home. The property location is awesome and the apartment unit was updated and clean. And seeing the lake every day was always a highlight of our day! You will not regret living there!

This is a great starter apartment, my boyfriend and I lived in the 1B for a year then the 2B for almost 2 years. Cost is very reasonable for everything you get. The pool is a bit small, especially considering there is lots of children in this complex, but the pond is gorgeous and very well taken care of. Maintenance and management are very on top of fixing issues around the complex or in the apartment. I was in contact mostly with Penny, and she is wonderful! I wish there was washer dryer hook ups in unit, but at least there is a laundromat on site. Water and basic internet (Google Fiber) are included which is awesome. Walls are a little thin, but never had any issues with neighbors being disruptive. The bus stop is right at the top of the street, which was awesome for when our car broke d

Penny, the property manager, is the best apartment manager I've ever had the pleasure of renting from. The apartments are small but cozy and very well kept. If we ever had issues they were taken care of quickly. Having Google fiber in the apartment was a huge plus. Overall, great location and amazing property manager. I would definitely recommend.

Loved living here!! Manager, Penny is very nice and she will send someone right over to fix any of your problems. I loved the newer style apartment that I had, it was perfect for me. And it is a quiet area to live in for a decent price.
