Five stars for Maintenance Technician Jesus! Always awesome customer service, quick response time to my emergency issue, and he knew what he was doing. He was also considerate and wore shoe covers in my apartment, which was an issue I had with maintenance workers at my last place. He is one of the best employees hands down, need more people like him!!

The entire complex was recommended a service that is faulty(scamming). I’m out over $900 and no one knows where my money is. I’ve been told to reach out to the service that Morgan Prooperty recommended however the service doesn’t have humans on the other side so I’ve been going back and forth with an ai agent since yesterday. Did I mention my payment is somewhere and it’s not my bank account, nor has it been sent to the apartment complex? Did I also mention that I’ll be charged late fees and have a court filing because I used the service they recommended? Did it snow TWO weeks ago and there are still numerous parking spots still covered in ice and a fall/slip hazard when park? Yes. Did I put in a work request for my leaking kitchen sink and someone came to fix it and it’s still leaking? Ye

I’ve lived in WillowLake apartment homes for 7 years this year! They continue to have resident events. I’ve only been to a few as many of them aren’t conducive to my work schedule as I work in healthcare. Today I’m happy to say I was able to attend the resident brunch. Thank you to the staff for making this possible! I was able to see Michelle who was my leasing agent when I moved here in 2019. Looking forward to the next event! Happy New Year!

FYI this was my first apartment and I grew up in Philly. So the bar was NOT set high. I moved in April 2024 and left May 2025. They have rats. No, not like the field mice or little ones you find in your grandma house. BROWN RATS. Don’t believe me? Thats cool, move in and find out. Make sure you are seeing the apartment you will be renting firsthand. And do not trust what they tell you, get it in writing. They also painted over a Stinkbug that was on the window trim. For my Brothers in Arms They’re also confused about Service-member Civil Relief Act. I don’t need a letter from my officer “proving I am in the military still.” They were also very focused on the date my orders were issued because “the date has passed.” I tried to tell her that the date she was pointing at is the issue dat

My move in experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff here are so kind, patient, and welcoming shoutout to Judith and Michelle they made everything feel easy and stress-free. I lived at Willow Lakes and worked with Ms. Judith in 2023( I stayed here for a year and Left ONLY because I became a new mommy and moved back in with my parents to save money. NOW I’m back in 2025 I didn’t look no where else but here just because of them. I was excited to see Ms. Judith who helped me before back in 2023. Both ladies are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions from start to finish. Both apartments I toured was clean, spacious with nice appliances. I do like how they have events for the residents to interact with each other and treats for the holiday to get to know your people
