Willow Glen Apartments

I’ve lived here for a year and it’s extremely peaceful. The property manager is responsive, helpful, and super friendly! She cares about the experience living here. I see older reviews about previous bad management, but they clearly fixed that issue because the current manager is awesome. Residents are respectful. The grounds have been in great condition the entire year. Maintenance is addressed without hassle. Check this place out!

I have loved living here for the last 5 years. It's very family friendly and has such a great community of people. The manager, Kristen, has been so lovely to work with. A definite recommend to live here.

I love it here. My family and I have moved in and it has been amazing. maintenance is always friendly. They have. multiple properties they take care of just not this one so they can get busy but that is okay they will come and fix what needs to be fixed. It is quiet and sure these were built in the 70's but they are always trying to upgrade them and make them better. People around are friendly and the management has always gotten back to me if I need anything. I feel like we live in a forest and it is awesome. It is a place to call home. I think it is a good price for what you get. Also pet friendly and no smoking thats a plus. Also Nathan and his maintenance team always nice and making sure things work. Again built in the 70's but hey it's home.

I lived there for 2 years. It’s quiet and management got better, but when you move out, don’t worry about cleaning anything, because they will take over 80% of your security deposit anyway. If you have pets, it has a half non-refundable deposit and half refundable + the apt deposit. They won’t even consider the non-refundable deposit. I did a really deep cleaning before moved out, so did my roommate a month later. I constantly washed the master bedroom carpet with a carpet cleaner. I received today a damage report and they mentioned that the master bedroom carpet was replaced and a deep cleaning was needed. I was in that apartment for 2 years. Where is the normal tear and wear? And everything was kept in the best condition possible. So don’t worry about cleaning or keeping in good condit

Lived there for a year, there are kids always screaming and leaving a mess. They gave a 100$ fine for leaving a washer and dryer even though when our neighbor moved in and the last people left their dryer they just kept them in the apartment. Management is always closed and uncooperative. They told us that our only working toilet would take 4 days to fix. When informed her I would fix it and send a bill they had someone over in a few hours. My Car was broken into twice under the covered parking by vagrants that always hang around the area. TL;DR Keep looking P.S Parking is God awful
