Cottonwood Highland Apartments

I absolutely love living at Cottonwood Highland Apartments! The location is unbeatable right near the canyon, beautiful surroundings, and still super close to everything in Salt Lake City. It’s quiet, peaceful, and honestly feels like a little retreat while still being incredibly convenient. The community is well maintained and clean, and the management team has been amazing. They’re friendly, professional, and genuinely care about residents. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, requests were handled quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. It makes a huge difference knowing issues won’t just be ignored. The neighbors are respectful, the atmosphere feels safe and welcoming, and overall it’s just been a really positive living experience. Costs as much as a hotel but can't even get decent wifi. Wired connections are fine of course, but still limited to compatible devices. It is impossible to get anything on netflix or youtube going on smart tvs without buffering every 20 seconds even during the weekdays sometimes. And when its bad won't even connect to any network at all on any devices that arent connected to wired ethernet. In a world where the internet runs alongside all of us and most of us have to use it daily for things besides liesure (and the amount we are spending to live here) youd think theyd do us the courtesy of having a decent wifi connection available for everyone here. Shout out to Hannah who has been absolutely wonderful, personable, and extremely accommodating to a potential future resident! Ive been calling around and touring apartments recently because I am moving soon, and this was the ONLY positive experience I've had this far. She took her time and answered every question I could think of over the phone - and was very nice and easy going, remembered my name and prior details discussed per our last phone call once I stopped in, and the greatest part - you can tell she's truly genuine and happy to be there which is wonderful! :) Thanks a ton Hannah!

I just moved into this apartment and had such a great experience. Rachel and Abigail were incredibly helpful and so kind throughout the whole process. They answered all my questions, made everything feel easy, and were genuinely welcoming. I also really appreciated that there were no crazy move-in fees, which made a big difference. Overall, a smooth and positive move-in experience — highly recommend!

Gosh where do I begin? One review just doesn't seem enough for what these 2 Agents, Hannah, Mgr and Abigail. I don't think I've met 2 kinder and welcoming Agents that are real, down to earth and so very helpful. I'm so not tech savvy and the thought of doing the tour alone made me feel nervous. Let's say I failed but because of these gals calling me back as well as there was a temp they gave it a great big shot by BOTH reaching out to me. Because they were so fun, bubbly like and encouraging I called back. I shared my big fail and they made sure the tour card was very detailed and the sweet smiles made me feel so comfortable with any future questions I may have.
