Willow Gardens Apartments

The people I met there have been nothing but awesome. The complex seem like it's paid back which I like and the land lord does and excellent job over here at Willow very great customer service, she is well spoken and informative. New apartment coming soon 🙋🏾‍♂️👋🏾

Do not pay the rediculous $160 application fee unless you are allowed to view your apartment in person and not zoom. I was told there would be a Patio and up close parking…I went look and there is a Washateria in front of the entrance. The so called patio is a sidewalk with a staircase. Someone was either sleeping or dead in their vehicle. I have been charged $160 twice and being told they will work on refunding one charge. I applied on a Friday afternoon and called, faxed and emailed to stop paperwork on Monday morning because I was misled on the phone. They develop attitudes and refuse a Refund. Our move in was such an easy process from start to finish, Amanda was very helpful every step of the way even with a busy schedule she reply’s to emails within the same day and answered all questions thoroughly.

Management made my move awesome. Our manager works so hard to satisfy my move into willow gardens. She needs to be rewarded . Very professional.

Be careful when they tell you that a washer and dryer are included. They are mostly old and not working properly and they claim that maintenance is always sick, always a new guy and cannot help due to weather, holidays, etc. They should not be advertising that they have a washer and dryer if they skimp on providing you with a working one in order to save themselves money.
