Willow Creek Apartments

We have lived here little over half a year. The place is a great place to live. They have a wonderful pool area with a large pool for all. They have invested into the complex since we have been here. They updated pool bbq area, new pool furniture. Went through all buildings replacing trim work, installed cover to be under in dog park, updated bbq grills at each area in complex with new covers over the area with picnic tables, always have landscaping being done, electricians out surveying dog park for lighting to be installed, and more. Lots of parking available. We did have a water leak in wall of unit and maintenance worked hard at repairing and called in plumbers, carpet cleaners, sheet rock crew, and had air system sanitized. Building 4 here! Love it here! Any small issues we’ve ever had were taken care of right away! Office staff is super nice and helpful, the maintenance crew here is awesome! They keep the pool and grill area clean, lawn always kept neat! We’ve sign are lease for the third time, no complaints here! Don’t let some bad apples stop you from considering moving here! I moved here 6 months ago and since had my tires on my car stolen twice and the apartement management did nothing to prevent it or let me get out of my contract early without paying thousands of dollars . Side note: They keep it clean and when I noticed roaches it was handled immediately. Maintenance are very attentive and the pool is beautiful. Still wanting to leave as I now don’t feel safe due to criminals finding their way in to steal tires.

Me and My sister moved out of our apartment and after we moved they sent the moveout statement and gave a reason of carpet replacement for smoke smell which we do not smoke, when I called to refute it they changed it to Pet urine smell and added a Early Termination charge, additional Cleaning charge, Lease Break charge and Shampooing charge to the statement. Stating my dog had urinated where my couch was for the 3 years we lived there even though i had multiple guests in apartment near end of lease who have no issues telling you your place smells and had no such comments.

Great place to live with friendly and responsive management. The property is clean and well cared for, and the location is very convenient—close to popular stores and restaurants while still being away from major highways, so it stays quiet. Overall, a comfortable and well-managed community.
