We bought the very first house in Oakwood preserve made by Long Lake. Alma Perez was there for us at every step of the way for showing, buying and even warranty repairs until now. I had few issues with warranty managers over time to fix things but Alma made sure she is there to support customers. She has answered each and every call and texts. We bought this house in Oakwood because of Alma as we didn’t know much about Long Lake company as a whole. She convince us to purchase the very first house in Oakwood by Long Lake and we did. The experience so far living in this nice community is great. Alma sold every Long Lake houses in Oakwood now and she is moving on to an other community. Well done Alama, great work on selling us this house and also keeping up with after sale services onus.
