Willow Creek Apartments

Had a wonderful experience. Bender fixes things immediately. They take care of the property. Emilee is FANTASTIC and I really loved my time there. No complaints.

Vickie is the best landlord I have ever had. She is very understanding and helpful. Maintenance usually gets done the day you request it or the next day after. I lived in the townhouses and we had 3 people in them. She went out of her way to find us an extra garage so we didn’t have to walk across the lot to park. She is very understanding of any issues! Her office is on the property and she is there quite often, so if you ever need anything you can just stop right in. I will miss Vickie and living in the willow creek townhomes!

The apartment is neat, well maintained and located in one of the hotspots of Sioux Falls. I lived in this apartment for 4 years and during my tenure, I never had any problem. Any maintenance request/ issues we had were resolved in a day or two. Vickie, the landlord of the apartment, is very friendly, prompt, easily approachable and the best landlord anyone could get.

Great place to live! Location is wonderful. The building and grounds are well taken care of and the units are updated and cozy. The management is super friendly, easy to work with, and is great with their communication with tenants! Neighbors in the building are friendly and respectful. I would proudly recommend Willow Creek to anyone who is looking for a home in Sioux Falls!

The manager of this place is very unorganized and mixes you up with other tenants. Pet friendly is fee friendly. They acted in a very unprofessional manner when we moved out and had to get the main office involved. Make sure when you move out of this place you go through your final notice with a fine tooth comb. She charged us for two parking tags when we turned both in. She also made a huge mistake when calculating carpet depreciation
