Real Estate Exchange Sioux Falls (formerly FSBOHOMES)

We recently used Real Estate Exchange Sioux Falls to both buy and sell a house. This was our first time not using a realtor and while it seemed like a daunting process, it was much easier to do then we originally thought. Mitch walked us through the entire process, provided aguidance and was there to answer any questions we had, even weeknights and weekends. Our listing and photos were professional quality and I liked having a pre-inspection as both the buyer and seller. We had a wonderful experience with FSBO Homes! Mitch was so professional and had all the answers that we needed. We met with Mitch to hear about the program and decided to sign up. We had a photo shoot and an inspection scheduled for a week later on a Monday. The photos were taken which took the measurements for the home layout and created the virtual tour. That same day we had the home inspection done and the company went through everything with us. On Thursday of that same week, we met with Mitch and went through all the photos, the inspection and the home appraisal.
