Willow Creek Apartments

I had such a great experience viewing an apartment with April. She was incredibly friendly, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable. She took the time to answer all my questions and was very relatable, it felt more like chatting with a friend than a formal tour. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. I really appreciated her warmth and professionalism. Highly recommend!

The apartments are nice and clean. The Office Staffs were really nice to me. I would definitely tell others about this place.. Maintenance shows up when you need them. It’s a beautiful place. I love it!! Thanks Willow Creek for making my stay comfortable and peaceful!!!

I toured the apartment today, April and Anna in the leasing office were more than extraordinary and very accommodating. They took care of all the questions I had. You guys should visit them when you inquire here at Willow Creek!

The facilities themselves are not bad. Updated. Clean. Service was quickly provided by the maintenance team. However we did have some problems while living there. It is overpriced for what it is. Not to mentioned the office staff was regularly unkind and uncaring. The property manager was unwilling to speak to us when we were told by the staff repeatedly that they would be in touch. After moving out we went back a week later to make sure we had everything and there was mold climbing up the walls. When we brought this to the attention of the office staff upon returning our keys they were extremely dismissive as if it was expected. Over all we did not feel valued and cared for as tenants.
