Urban Loft Co. Downtown Jonesboro

I just completed my 1-yr lease here and this place is amazing! Management is awesome and is always responsive and hosting fun activities and functions for the residents. The building is in excellent condition, and I always felt very safe as there is camera surveillance 24/7. My job in Jonesboro ended. So unfortunately I’ve moved away, but I highly recommend you speak with James if you’re looking for a safe and clean space to call home with property managers that care.

I seriously can’t say enough good things about my experience at Urban Lofts so far. The location is unbeatable, the layouts are thoughtfully designed, and the huge windows make the space feel open and bright all day. Everything has been spotless since move-in, and the gym is honestly one of the best I’ve seen in an apartment complex. James made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, and he’s been incredibly responsive anytime I’ve had a question. This has easily been the best apartment living experience I’ve had.

I cannot say enough great things about the Urban Lofts, and James and Meagan as the managers. As first time renters, the experience was a 10/10. Maintenance was always quick if we had anything that needed to be fixed. It is in such a good spot in town, and everything is close for convenience. I would recommend this place to rent for anyone.

Can’t overstate how positive my experience has been here so far. Incredible location, really smart layouts, and huge windows. Very clean too, and great gym for an apartment building. James was super accommodating and really easy to work with during the leasing process and has been super quick to respond to all my questions since moving in. By far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had.

My friend previously lived in these apartments and I would ship my packages to her. She moved out over a year ago but I accidentally shipped my packages to her old address at the Urban Lofts! I was scared I would not be able to get my packages but I called the main office and they were very nice, understanding, and friendly. I got my packages the same day I called, even though I was not renting an apartment, and enjoyed a pleasant conversation with one of the office workers. As I have seen the interior of the apartments before (and they are quite nice), I will highly consider renting here in the future.
