Do not rent. Update: Look on Google Maps and look at the entrance to the property. The pothole has been there since 2016! If that doesn't tell you just how lazy this place is, I don't know what does. The place is falling apart, there's black mold in every corner of the apartment, on every window, and in random areas of the apartment. There isn't enough parking spots, so late night you'll often see people parking in front of fire hydrants, dumpster areas, handicapped parking, or other tow away zones plus there are several pot holes (one right at the entrance). To make matters worse: THEY DO NOT DEICE THE ANYTHING. See photos. This all became a sheet of ice, along with the sidewalks and stairs, and most everyone was stuck at home. Plus they had the nerve to threaten to tow vehicles for park
Been living here for 12 years - and its not all that great but its managable. It is a little cramped, but it has full sized washer and dryers included. It is generally quiet and calm, and pretty close to the max station which is great. The buildings are quite old though, so it gets chilly during the winter. Pool opens only during summer, but the gym is always open. Wish they would take care of the gym though - the equipment is outdated and dusty at times. Management generally picks up calls but good luck trying to get a problem fixed. Pets are welcomed now, but ever since they were allowed, the grass has not been tended to and yellows during summer. Smoking is now allowed, so opening the windows in summer is a bad idea. Management changes every once in a while, the current staff is harsh o
Not a bad apartment. lots of space, good size bathrooms, good pool, full size washer and dryer. On the downside the buildings are older and a lot of the doors, fixtures, appliances are really starting to show their age. The "fitness center" seems to be broken stuff that people left behind when they moved. So far the management has been great.
Renters beware do NOT rent as things won’t get fixed or addressed until it gets to the breaking point. Management and the management company only care about one thing. Also when the there’s only one maintenance guy that puts Band-Aids on big problems, and does not properly fix Definitely not worth the 1,600 a month
Worst place I ever lived. Mold that made us sick, electrical issues that caused us to be partially without power, nothing ever getting fixed and management is terrible. They had the nerve to send us to collections after we left and never reached out to send us a bill even though they had our information and took our entire security deposit.
