Willis Avondale Estates Apartments

I’ve lived here for quite some time, and I can confidently say that the new management has made a noticeable difference. Customer service has greatly improved, and the events and prizes have been fantastic. While fees have increased, that’s understandable given the upgrades and overall improvements. This is the best I’ve ever seen the property maintained. Since Mr. Lamont became manager, the community has been much cleaner, and any issues are addressed promptly. The entire team seems genuinely happy and engaged, which really shows in their work. Great job to the whole team—and if you ever decide to leave, please give me advance notice so I know where we’re all moving to! 😄

I've really enjoyed living at this apartment complex. One of my favorite amenities is the gym, which is convenient and well-kept. Right next to it is the clubhouse, which is a great bonus â€" it has clean showers and restrooms, making it easy to work out and freshen up without going back to the apartment. The clubhouse also has a pool table in the lobby, which is a nice touch for relaxing or hanging out. Also the lady Tiarra is nice lady who helped me get my apartment.

This is a truly delightful place! The staff is top-tier and they treat us like family! My unit is spacious and very modern. The newly remodel clubhouse is chefs kiss! There are so many conveniences like restaurant and retail spaces right underneath your feet and everything else is walking distance. There are so many hidden gems in Avondale Estates and that Willis is the Jewel of the community

I had a great experience touring the property thanks to Tiarra in the leasing office. She was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the tour feel relaxed and informative rather than rushed. You can tell she really cares about helping people find the right place. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and she made a great first impression of the community.

Theres no reason that theres trash every where all the time !! This causes roaches !! What is management doing. They just hire anybody ? They are so unprofessional ! Especially Tiara !! Never helps with concerns and never does her job ! I even saw her smoking hookah in the office ! RAM is terrible. Please get us new management
