Willina Ranch Apartments

Definitely an upgrade when youre looking to move! Come for a tour & see for yourself how well kept, clean and spacious the property is! The staff is excellent as well! Sofia in the front office was always friendly and available to answer every question i had and she was so attentive to all of my concerns! The maintenence are also fantastic- im genuinely heard out and accommodated by them. Wonderful people all around. The neighbors are respectful, the apartments are huge and im just in love. There is a decent sized gym, a nice pool, a walking trail, and PLENTY of parking! Thank you Willina Ranch Apts!

My husband and I scheduled an appointment to tour an apartment, we were called to move our original 12pm appointment to 1pm which we agreed on and even offered to do another day if it was easier. We were told it was fine to show up at 1pm. We get the leasing office around 12:50 and stayed waiting till 1:25. No calls no notice or anything. It feels unprofessional to do and while I understand stuff happens its still rude to waste people's time like this with no communication.

My friend and I lived here for a year and I would definitely recommend it! Maintenance was quick, the property is well maintained, and the location is great. Few minute drive to get to the freeway, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Lindsay, the property manager and her team were the best part. They were always very friendly and helpful from the beginning all the way to the end of our lease. They even had seasonal goodies/events at the leasing office!

Willina Ranch Apartments looks like a great place to live. The property looks awesome—clean, well-kept, and the landscaping is on point. But what really stands out is the staff—they’re super friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond when you need something. Overall, it’s a peaceful, well-run community that feels genuinely welcoming.
