Real Property Management Eclipse

We’ve been with Real Property Management Eclipse for about five years now, and our experience has been nothing but positive. They are truly professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Eric is always available whenever we have questions or concerns — he responds quickly and is great at guiding us through anything that comes up. John, the maintenance coordinator, is also wonderful. He answers our questions promptly and makes sure maintenance requests are handled smoothly. Overall, Real Management Eclipse has been an excellent partner in managing our property, and we really appreciate their consistent support and communication. Highly recommend!

I just wanted to share that real property management has been very responsive to my requests over the last five weeks at my new place. There’s been quite a few things to fix up, and they’ve been incredibly responsive, professional and kind to me, especially with some of my frustrations given the number of things I’m needing to reach out to them about. They’ve been very patient with me and made things easier by being so supportive and on top of every step of the repair process. I’ve had a very pleasant experience working with them. I’ve primarily worked with John and he’s been amazing!

John Sanchez was very helpful in responding to our maintenance request. He helped us troubleshoot, answered all our questions, and scheduled a service call in a timely manner. The person that came out - Cascade Renovations and Repairs - was professional on time and got the job done. Thanks again John!

Worst ever!! It seems Gavin and Christina collaborated with the owner to get us out of the apt to charge more money. They sent in a remodel crew who stole all my power tools and batteries left 2’ holes between the bathroom and kitchen. Exposed walls everywhere. They coated all of our belongings and bedding in saw dust ruining most all of it. Broke my security cameras twice after repairing them. This company is apart of the scams going on. Getting people to not be able to live healthy in their rented homes so they can make more money from the little guys.

RPM Eclipse has been a great property management company for the apartment I’ve rented for the last 3.5 years. They take care of all maintenance requests promptly and are very communicative about anything going on in the building. Would recommend!
