Heritage Park Apartment Homes

Quiet apartment complex. Very clean. Landscaping comes often. Maintenance is great about coming within a reasonable amount of time. The staff in the office is wonderful! Its well worth the 5 stars for an apartment complex. We’ve lived here since 2012 and have been pretty happy with it. Prior to 2012 we lived at their other property. Only thing I really miss is a washer and dryer ;)

Thank you, Mr.Tim, for your prompt and excellent service. My sink started leaking twice, and you came the same day I called and fixed it right away. Thanks to you I may be getting a new refrigerator. It's been leaking for a while now and I just couldn't figure it out. These apartments are amazing to live in. My kids and I love it here. God bless, Jasmine Burks

Beautiful apartments, spacious, well taken care of, beautiful surroundings, peaceful, quiet, everyone so respectful of one another. Management/maintenance superb. Friendly, efficient and always quick to take care of any concerns. This feels like a small villiage in Europe and just quaint and so beautiful. The two managers here were so patient with me and helped me beyond to be able to live here. I am so thankful and just am so, so happy here. The location of these beautiful homes is right in the heart of cute Bothell that offers grocery stores, Starbucks, restaurants, bakeries, movie theatre, the Burke Gilman trail and I am sure I am missing something but everything you would ever want is right here within walking distance.
