Williamson At The Overlook

This place is absolutely amazing. We love living here! Tracy and Scott and all the management office staff have been super helpful in addressing whatever needs we have. There is a 24-hr gym, beautiful pool, and valet trash service. Great view of Georgetown and surrounded by trees. We hope to stay here a long time. There is a sense of community here and this makes all the difference.

I moved here 6 months ago from NYC & I was a bit worried at first because I leased with only seeing the place in videos, but I don’t regret it at all! Staff is amazing, from Alexa to Tracey and the rest of the office staff who are so helpful and always friendly, never condescending or rude (culture shock for me, so used to people being rude first, nice later). Darius and the rest of the maintenance staff are always responsive and willing to help, no matter the task, they approach everything with respect and care. The place itself is amazing for the price, I originally wanted to move to another unit but I fell in love with my current one & the view here is impossible to give up, especially when you come from the city. I’ve updated my review to five stars after reaching out again and connecting with Alexa at the office. She was incredibly kind, patient, and transparent, and she took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I also shared some of my concerns with her, and she listened with understanding and professionalism. Her honesty, support, and responsiveness truly made a positive difference in my experience.

Everything has been just great. Very friendly neighbors and love the staff. Love my view from my back patio. Grounds are very clean and well maintained. Very fast turn around on my maintenance requests too. I am so happy to be in such a peaceful place. The ladies at the office are friendly and attentive; especially Tracy :) She is very personable and helpful to everyone regardless if they are a current resident, future resident or someone just looking. We love it here!!!

I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but my experience with this apartment complex has been frustrating, especially when it comes to package handling and communication. Whether you’re a current tenant or a former tenant, the office communication here is consistently terrible. There were constant issues with packages being delivered to the wrong units or going missing entirely. Recently, a $300 package of mine was delivered there by mistake. I called multiple times, left several voicemails, and couldn’t get ahold of a single person to help me retrieve it. No one ever returned my calls, and the resident who received it just got to keep it. I understand mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable especially for something of that value. It f
