From the start every person we worked with was fantastic and so accommodating! Rick was awesome and was always there to help and answer questions, guide us, and inform us! We bought our first Taylor Morrison home here in Nolina in January of this year. We knew the construction would take a while, but what we did not expect is how smoothly the entire process went. Rick Stroud, and Scott Bird both went above and beyond to keep us informed of progress every step of the way. Every week we'd get pictures showing us what had been done during the week and what stage we were in. This was our third home, and we have never had an experience that went as well as this one. I would strongly recommend checking out Nolina and talking to Rick if you're looking for a new forever home.

We built our 1st home in Nolina with Taylor Morrison and Rick helped us throughout the process. He was very humble, down to earth, Always suggesting the best. He kept us updated on every stage and made sure our questions were answered .The builders also finished the home early then expected Date.
