Williamsburg Square Townhomes

I just moved in Aug 26th and so far I love it! Josh at the leasing office is super sweet, and maintenance is on top of things! I can see myself staying for many years. UPDATE SEPT 2017: It has been a little over a year now and I have experienced all seasons in this home. I will do my best to give it the honest most in depth review I can. -Utilities have been pretty low all things considering, since it is roughly 1500 sq and 3 stories. Gas has never been over $70, even in the freezing temps with snow on the ground. I recommend getting on budget billing for electric as soon as summer comes around however ... and purchasing a window unit for the top floor, which we did. Absolutely terrible maintenance. They have a portal to put in requests, however they never look at the portal to complete the maintenance as quickly as they can. The AC has given out 3 times this summer with no permanent solution. Last year, the heater had gone out as well. That too you have to call them consistently for someone to come look at the AC or the heater. They are good at reminding when the rent is due from their portal, however when it comes to fixing any maintenance especially AC or heating which should be a priority at any given time. Terrible customer service, and maintenance that is extremely extremely slow where the fix is a temporary fix and not a long term solution.

Very disappointed in how they treated us when we moved. We paid someone to come clean the apartment and I got on my hands and knees and spot cleaned the carpet after 3 years of normal wear n tear.(May I had we had it professionally cleaned 3 times in that time as well). Ee also paid a fee for a cat monthly. They said we did not clean the townhouse. That is far from the truth. They kept our deposit for peel off words on the wall and to replace a perfectly good carpet. Also billed us for normal black scratches on the wall that would be painted anyway. Not only did they keep our deposit but charged us another $400. I am very shocked at management after having a great experience with them the last 3 years. I am speechless. God knows the truth.

I've been here for 2 years now. So far pretty smooth experience. Easy application process and all maintenance requests are completed within 24-48hrs. The apartment managers are always keeping us up to date on changes and issues within the complex (pool shut-downs, power outages,repairs, landscaping, etc). For the value, this is a really great square to live in. Only issue is some residents smoke weed, and it permeates the walls. Noise does not generally travel too much unless there is yelling next door, though. A/C could be better as the upper level is always 20 degrees warmer than the rest of the complex....

The apartments themselves are very nice, but the parking is extremely limited. Our reserved spot has been parked in multiple times. Management at first sent mass texts out to other residents when this occurred, which was appreciated. Our spot was recently parked in, which somehow led to the offenders calling the police because we knocked on their door. As a result, we were told not to call the number that we had been calling ever again, which is very frustrating. I understand that spots are limited, but we do pay rent like every other tenant here, and to be blamed and then essentially banned from complaining because someone else chose to involve the police because we knocked on their door at night hoping they would leave the reserved spot is unfair.
