I've had multiple problems with management. Issues with rent and late fees, and rent money basically being lost. It went from me not paying about 6 months of rent to just two months. After I told the manger I was going to call my credit union to see if the check had been cashed. Right after she calls me and tells me she found rent for December. I go over today to check on the work orders that I had place in January. There were three issues that I called about and the main issues that I was concerned about wasn't put in the system. That was my first issue, secondly was told that I still owned rent for two months from 2025. I never received any additional notices or calls about rent that is still owned from 2025 and still collecting fees. I have my money order stubs which were provided the

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the property management Kim at this community. Communication is difficult, and when tenants reach out for help, the responses often feel dismissive. It seems like concerns are treated as inconveniences rather than responsibilities. Several residents have expressed similar experiences, and it creates an environment where tenants feel unsupported. Good property management should be approachable, professional, and solution-oriented, but that has not been my experience here. At this point, the property would greatly benefit from new management that is more responsive and focused on the needs of the residents.

The office management isn’t very welcoming or friendly. I called to see if they had anything available and the tone and attitude was a bit unpleasant and when I asked if they knew if anything would be available in the future it was just a straight forward “NO” I found that very rude that he didn’t even want to check.

Love it here, but I’ve been here over 5 years and only seen the pool open one summer. We miss Monikki, but other than that it’s been great.

Been here for 2 years now. Rent is very reasonable. Management does a pretty job at keeping the property maintained and cleaned. There is never any trash or litter on or around the premises of the property, so that's a plus for me. Staff is professional and responsive. There was a mice issue, but management responded in a timely manner and came with professional crew to observe and help in preventing mice invasions. I'm very relieved and happy to say the MICE ARE GONE. Regardless of any arising issue, which there has NOT been many since I've been here, I can truly say management will take care of it , and as long as you do your part in working with management and communicating with management as well, issues will be resolved. Needless to say, but you MUST keep your living quarters clean
