Williamsburg Place Apartments

In August I went there with my fiance, we informed the manager that i was pregnant and that we had until the end of October to have our own place (also I'm due at the end of October) because the lease will be up at our current living area and she assured us a apartment in the middle of September. So we paid $500 to the manager after she informed us that we were approved. we called her in September she wouldn't answer the phone. We had to take off work on a week day because every time we went there on a Saturday (it said they would be open) they were closed. When we finally caught up with her and she then promised us a apartment in the beginning of October. We called her over and over on the last week of September wondering when to get our keys and no one ever called back or answered. We c

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've lived here for 4 years and am trying to move out but am stuck in a contract. There are shootings and stabbing constantly along with the flood of drugs. There are heroin needles in the parking lot and roaches in the laundry room. The dealings leak and the cabinets break and no one fixes it. The people here won't even give me the information of their higher ups.

Tenants play loud music every weekend until late at night. Cops do nothing about it. This establishment is one of the many things bringing Middletown down.

I have only been here 3 weeks and not only are work orders being ignored...but Ive repeatedly left messages about a rodent issue that is being ignored. I went to the office at 1030 today and no one in. I am a senior citizen and CANNOT move again. I tried calling Harvest properties...but number is the same as rental office. I just dont know what to do!!

I gave a $300.00 Deposit on 8/31/15. Since September 14, 2015 I have been trying to get my money back. And the manager at the time offered me an apartment that a family member killed himself in. That was the 4th time I told her the people were FAMILY!!! I am taking them to court.
