Very thorough inspection! The reports are very well organized and easy to read! Todd caught some potentially serious issues that I believe any other inspector would have probably missed. We contacted Todd to have our home inspected so we could prioritize projects. It's an older home so there are LOTS of projects. Todd came early to take a look at the exterior and then did a complete inspection of the interior from top to bottom with lots of pictures. He stopped regularly to point out things which was much appreciated. We had our report emailed to us within an hour or so. We can talk to contractors with more confidence now since we have a better idea of what work they should be quoting.
