Renaissance New Homes in Franklin Township by Fischer Homes

My best advise is to get everything in writing! They lie and do not honor any verbal agreements. Our sod was installed several weeks before we closed on the home last June. The entire front yard was DEAD before we took possession of the house. We noted it on the final walk thru and were told to keep watering it (which we did), and that if it didn't come back, they would take care of it this spring. Our year is up next week and they are now telling us they wont stand behind it. They are not trustworthy and flat out lie to your face! Also, there were A LOT of small issues that should have been caught prior to us moving in and were not. We had over 25 items on our one year warranty list. This is the sixth new house we have had built and was by far the worst experience we have ever had

I have to say that this builder is a joke! Sure everything looks great on the outside but the houses they construct do not last on the inside. And good luck trying to get them to correct an issue! They won't even fix what they promised during the 1 year warranty. Once they take your money and build your house to a subpar standard, they leave you with a mess and refuse to help. It honestly feels like they took the money and ran! I can promise you that I will never choose this builder again!

Boy! They sure look pretty, don't they? It's too bad they skimp on the important stuff that make the house last a long time. Pretty paint and carpet don't keep the house standing after twenty years. That takes structure, which they are lacking. Good luck with your new home! You'll need it

Renaissance is a beautiful neighborhood with really nice families living there. There are 2 in-ground pools, a play area/park, and a nice basketball goal.
