Williamsburg Apartments

My husband and I lived at the Williamsburg apartments for a little over a year and a half. We were initially drawn in by the affordable rent and it's proximity to the university, which were huge benefits to us. During our time there we found the apartments to be very safe and comfortable. What took our experience above and beyond were the improvements made by the new property manager, McKenzie. She has gone above and beyond to improve outdoor and indoor spaces, as well as handle any maintenance requests promptly and with professionalism. We would recommend!

This apartment looks nice and the price is affordable. However, I'm having the hardest time getting ahold of anyone in the office. I've tried calling and found an email address but still not having any luck.

Needed an apartment to rent and the affordability of this place made it perfect. I would've loved to check this place out, if it was actually possible to get in touch with anyone. For two months I checked in and called every other week, left emails, left messages, and never once spoke to anyone who could tell me anything about the property. Any call to the office was met with someone picking up the phone and telling me that no one was in the office right now, and to leave a message. It didn't matter what day or time I called, that was always the case. Any message or email left went completely unanswered. It's rediculous to even have an office or employees for that matter if they refuse to ever actually interact with customers. Edit: Since leaving this review, I've been contacted by someo

I've been here with my partner since late last year and my experience couldn't be better! The apartments (that I've seen) are clean, the grounds are well-maintained and safe, and the property manager Morgan bent over backwards to make sure all our needs were met. 12/10 satisfied and will def resign our lease when the time comes

The apartments look very nice. The affordability is what caught my attention! My wife has been reaching out all week and can’t seem to get ahold of anyone unfortunately..
