I was impressed that Matt's inspection was very thorough given my house is a new build. I had walked through the house a few times myself, and he still found issues that needed to be addressed. He was timely, courteous and efficient. Nice to see those qualities are still valued!

Matt Williams recently installed a radon abatement system in my home. His work is excellent. He is a very good with his communication skills. He takes the time to answer all of my questions and he completely explains the work he is performing. I would recommend Matt for future work.

I had a great experience with Williams Inspection & Radon. They inspected our house six months ago and gave us an honest assessment with a recommendation to not install a mitigation system. We were advised to wait another six months to see if it's even necessary since we had not been testing long enough for a conclusive determination. There was no pressure to "buy now." Six months later we determined a mitigation system was in our best interest and he honored the same quote from the previous visit six months prior. Overall a great experience. highly recommend!

We had to have the radon mitigation system installed as part of our home sale. Although it was a little difficult to schedule ( I never spoke with anyone …. All contact was via text), the installer (Joshua) arrived on time, was very patient with my husband and new owner when deciding where to place the unit, and he worked quickly and efficiently.

Matt and his team were great to work with. Our radon levels were very high in our new home. Matt installed a Redon mitigation system and within 48 hours our levels were well below the required levels. He came to the house and installed the system and I never knew he was here. Highly recommend
